Shipping Methods
We ship via the most economic way. And must be delivered to a street address. Sorry no P.O. Boxes. No C.O.D's.

Returns
Hare Hollow takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the following stipulations, please return the item for an exchange or shop credit for the merchandise value.

- Given the expiration dates of most of our products, unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase.
- The original or gift receipt is required for all returns.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Hare Hallow reserves the right to deny refund/credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. - We do not accept returns on sale items.

Packaging
Your products are carefully bottled and sealed for freshness. They do have a shelf life and are perishable.
Products that are packaged in dark bottles are mostly affected by light.
When ordered, each bottle will be individually wrapped to prevent breakage during the shipping process.
Please inspect each bottle upon receiving for damage that may have occurred during shipping
Shipping Promotions
Please note that shipping promotions are not valid outside the 48 contiguous United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.
Promotional shipping offers apply to orders that meet applicable promotion total amounts before taxes and standard shipping/handling rates are applied, and require that orders be shipped to a single address. Promotions do not apply to overnight delivery, 2nd day or Saturday delivery unless specifically denoted.
