Our very popular 8-yr old balsamic vinegar is absolutely delicious!  Very sweet with bits of dried date pieces, fig seeds and juices. Fantastic on fruit salads, platters of heirloom tomatoes served with goat cheeses. Makes a great reduction sauce for Pork. One of our favorites is drizzling on steamed and than grilled asparagus, works well with grilled mushrooms and grilled peaches, figs and pineapple.
