The perfect blend of 70% extra virgin olive oil and 30% balsamic vinegar with generous spices and herbs for bread dipping. A hint of chili pepper for zest but not too hot a kick. Fantastic on spinach salads, drizzled over rice and pasta dishes and marinating meats, fish and vegetables such as Portabella mushroom, squash, steamed asparagus, peppers and grilled eggplant. One of our favorites is drizzling on a platter of cucumbers and tomatoes with some mozzarella for a lovely salad.
